My wife and I have been frequent customers of homegoods locations across the southeast. Our experience is usually a pleasant one and we have purchased numerous items for each of our homes over the years. I purchased a rug from this location less than three weeks ago and they are refusing to accept the rug as a return. The rug is terrible quality and sheds like crazy.
