Aiyanna is a delight! She was so friendly and helpful. Great employee.
Absolutely horrible experience. This store refused to take a furniture return, falsely claiming minor “damage” that was preexisting when we bought it. Multiple excuses were given, culminating with nitpicking over every tiny nick or dent that was preexisting, and denying a return from another store that was further away. Frankly, buying anything from Homegoods after this is doubtful. Fair warning, take pictures of any furniture you purchase, so they cannot falsely deny returns.
My favorite place.
