This review is a bit complicated for me, and while I would love to score higher I just can't. Pros: 1. check out was fast. 2. There is a large selection of merchandise. 3. The staff we encountered was friendly Cons: 1. This store is nearly unshoppable. I say this as a former merchandise manager. Every shelf, aisle and end cap has merchandise thrown on it and stuffed to capacity. I love Homegoods, unfortunately this HomeGoods is disaster. Have of the merchandise is all over thr floors including bedding. The shelves are so full that you can't see everything. There are carts full of stuff that have no where to go. I've written to corporate before about this and obviously they don't care to.
I have never seen so many ideas for a house in one place! It's inspirational and chaotic all at the same time...lol I like it!
Great items but wish they had more carts, or someone to bring them in. We had 3 people with arms loaded and barely got a cart before checking out.
