Went there today and found a cute beach chair, it had a mark on it and when we checked out I asked if there was something they could do, the manager loudly called me over to the opposite side of the registers and said it will just come off with water (the mark did not come off with water) and then said “I’ll give you $1 off so your happy”, it was very rude and I wish I would’ve said something to her in the moment. This place truly doesn't like having customers. The last couple of times I've been here, the managers have been rude. The first time was the passive aggressive messages on the intercom that someone else mentioned on another review. This most recent, I was sitting in a chair waiting for my mom to check out in line. The chairs were set up as if they were being displayed (like the other chairs they have in the front) with no signs or tags indicating that they had been sold.
