Since when do stores open 2+ hours late for their employees to do inventory that probably should have been done last week? And just a piece of printer paper on the door? What? Ridiculous.
Excellent store and selection, just often overstocked and extremely hard to get around. Aisles are often completely blocked off.
I shop at this store for its wonderful assortment of unique artwork. I’m writing this message from the parking lot after purchasing $2,000 worth of artwork in 20 minutes and the staff couldn’t have been ruder if they tried. I don’t want to be working late and won’t make any members of the team that made it known my business wasn’t welcome, but at 9:32, my transaction and loading of my vehicle (by myself was complete). The store closes at 9:30. If you don’t want business until 9:30 - change your hours.
The manager at this store who was working on Monday around 4:30 pm (today is Monday, March 16, 2026) assisted me and did so with poor manners. I just made a phone call to the store, and based on the voice, I believe she was the one who answered. She was rude when I asked if they had another item in stock like the one I had just purchased. After I waited for a while for her to check, she told me that she could not check the availability at other stores.
