Absolutely the worst customer service experience in Austin. We purchased several items from this store, but after getting home, we noticed one of them was clearly falling apart due to poor quality. Really disappointing experience, especially considering how many times I’ve shopped at this HomeGoods before. I bought a $25 decorative box and by the time I got home, the sides had already separated at the corners. It clearly came apart from the construction of the box — this wasn’t from reckless driving or mishandling it. I brought it back expecting a simple return or at least some type of solution.
