Was sold a broken Halloween decor item at Homegoods a week and a half ago. Opened it up for display at home to see that a part had been broken off. The missing piece was not in the bag. Was told that if you don’t notice that it is broken before you leave the store with it that you’re stuck with it. No refund, no store credit.
Nice and modern looking store
Things are changing at this location and it actually saddens me. Its like the Joy has been sucked out of the place. I was saddened to find out one of my favorites the baldhead kitchen guy was no longer a part of the staff. That fellla truly had personality and style and made me feel special. I would get so many great ideas from his displays. I'm telling you something needs to change to make this location more welcoming.
