I love this place. It's larger than the Home Hoods in Sandhills. Easier to navigate the aisles and actually see the merchandise. And unlike many retail experiences as of late, the floor staff made eye contact and offered assistance without being asked.
Returned to the store with a bad product. The cashier was very kind, however one of the managers walked up, only acknowledged the cashier, I spoke with her DID NOT say one word to me and walked off after, whatever she did to help with the return. Short, light brown skinned, African American female. They make you feel like you’re committing a crime to do a return or exchange, management does. It’s disgusting.
