Walked into this store last week and was stunned. It looked like a brand new store! Everything was so organized and neat. The store was never bad but this was a huge improvement. Talked with one of staff named Janet and she was a delight. I’m not sure if she was in leadership or not but if not, she should be! I have worked in a similar type of store so I know the pay is not much so clearly the staff here is working far harder than the pay reflects.
They will steal your money! I tried to make a return to get a store credit for a lamp that was purchased for Christmas that didn’t work. I didn’t have my receipt but I didn’t ask for money back just a store credit but they wouldn’t do that. So I spent $20 on a lamp that never worked and couldn’t return it bc no receipt and bc it was broken. I have never had an issue before returning stuff at that location for a store.
