Love this stor always founding something good for my house and family
Shopped here, Wednesday 3/11, manager was extremely rude not only to myself and other customers, but also to his fellow employees. Tall gentlemen, tattoos, gauges, and grey hair. Rolled his eyes at a young employee who just asked him a question. Was not helpful at all with my purchase. This store has a great selection and I’ve never had a problem. That manager needs to go. Everyone else was great.
Don't go when busy unless you are super patient. Not enough staff. Tight aisles. Unfortunately not best stock during off hours. Would be great if the hire side help.
Nice place to find good deals --- BUT make sure to check the product properly. Just bought a set of 16 x Nautica glasses earlier today. Opened up the box tonight to discover that one of the bigger glasses is missing. Not sure if the store will now provide a replacement --- lesson learnt and I hope store management takes notice and can help.
