Bring your own toilet paper, seriously, every dispenser was empty at 11 am. I had to drop dry. I told an employee, but no one refilled nor went into the bathroom to fix the problem. I told the front end cashier that the carts were blowing in the wind and one smacked into a car out front. 30 minutes later, the carts were still venturing out into traffic, not one employee gathered them.
