I truly do love home goods but the interaction I had with an employee makes me want to drive out of my way to go to another location. The girl working the register on 11/22 with the service dog should not be telling me things about a dog that I just got. Telling me how it will have health issues and everything else. Bought 3 clear glass lidded square mason jars here on Saturday for $4.99 a piece. Took them home noticed the one jar had a hole in the bottom corner. The very next day I bring the one with the hole back in to return it, the cashier sees the hole and immediately calls the manager. The manager comes up tells me they don't take back broken glass, and they won't accept it. I tell her that's how I bought it, and they need to take it back. If you need a decoration for your house, this is the place to go. I gave four instead of five stars though because I was there recently looking for some items to finish out my fall decor and the decor available to me in the store was primarily Halloween. I was quite disappointed because I drove 45 minutes to get there and I know last year they had a plethora of fall. If you're looking for Halloween decor though, get there soon while the stock is plentiful.
