I would like warn everyone about the manager over at home goods that goes by the name of Terry. The witch hides all the cheap items for her friends every morning.
Absolute worst customer service in one visit. They don't care about pleasing a customer because they think if you don't buy it, someone else will. It's very tricky to find assistance with heavy merchandise too. I was a loyal customer in VA, but this Charlotte location will not get my business anymore.
I love to shop here! They have the most beautiful decorating items for great prices. I highly recommed this store if you want to make your home beautiful.
