My happy place but the old country road location is better
Great store and super clean with a great selection. But the customer service needs training. Cashier was rude when it came to donating & rounding up. After I was pressured into it, her tone was very much bullying and offensive with her remarks.
This branch in Queens is far less crowded compared to other areas. It’s already Friday evening, and the store is empty. Most of the items are well-maintained, and the staff is always in a good mood. I always love to come here whenever we’re buying something for our home.
