Went here a couple weeks ago and bought a ceramic bin that had some damage (a scratch) on it and the cashier gladly gave us the standard 10% off, no questions asked. Came back today and found the same bin but in white and wanted to get it to match. I saw it also had damage - a black scratch through it, and it was the last one.
