Eli, the Sales Manager, refused to accept our rug return even though it was well within the 30-day policy and the extended TJ Maxx holiday return period. We purchased two rugs on 11/23/25 and attempted to return one today, 12/7/25. He claimed we were three weeks past the window, even though it had only been two weeks. One of my favorite stores. You can always find great decor.
Bought 3 vases, one shattered within 2 minutes in the cart before arriving the parking lot. Manager refused to exchange after I explained the situation, blamed me, “it’s you NOT taking good care of it”, said “NOT our responsibility.” NO apology. NO packaging. Treated me like a problem instead of a customer. NEVER coming back.
Great store to buy some home decor.
