Extremely unacceptable customer service experience at the West Melbourne Branch!!! I purchased a mirror that wouldn’t fit in my car and completed a form to pick it up later. When I called to arrange the pickup, I was shocked to learn it had been returned to the floor and sold—without any notification. To make matters worse, I was offered only a gift card in return. This is an unacceptable breach of trust and poor handling of a confirmed sale. Customers deserve better accountability and communication.
I love this store. Whatever you want for the home, you get it here.
