I had a very upsetting experience at this HomeGoods location in Bonita Springs. While shopping with my 6-year-old son, I found a rug that I wanted to purchase. The rug was heavy, so I briefly left the area to get a shopping cart. When I returned, another customer was looking through several rugs and was standing near the one I had already selected. Great selection of items, but the staff is not helpful or kind at all. Better to go to the HomeGoods at Gulf Coast or Naples.
