I had a terrible experience at this HomeGoods. The employee Bridget falsely accused me of switching tags on a blanket I purchased just TWO days ago. She argued with me for 15 minutes, saying the tag “goes to a pillow” and that it “smelled washed.” That is absolutely not true I would NEVER switch tags. I had my receipt, and to make it even more ridiculous, I paid $69.99 for a small throw blanket. If anything, I overpaid why would I ever switch a tag to make something MORE expensive? The manager here is not nice with the costumer. I couldn’t return an item because I did not have the receipt. BUT I had the credit card that I used for this purchase. Also the other day I came looking for a rug and when she saw me looking for the rug that I was looking for . She said : What is this? Like if I were an employee or something. I am the costumer. You have to respect me. Because I had several on the floor. What type of people work here?? What type of manager is this person that doesn’t help their costumers?
