Purchased a set of six shot glasses only to come home, open the box and see that half of them were shattered. I bought them at the Trenholm Plaza location and came to this location to return and wow, Kim at the register truly couldn’t have cared less and was completely unhelpful. She just kept repeating “we would’ve written as is on the box”.
