I called ahead of time to ask if I could do a return without a receipt that was a gift to me. I was told by Shayla that I could do so. However when I arrive to the store I was then told by Shayla and her team lead I couldn't do the return. I called prior to driving to the store so I didn't have to waste my time. Great customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.
I drive from Charleston 90 minutes away to come to this store. Great selection and well stocked and very neat and orderly. Service by Elena in finding an item was outstanding and Avalon the cashier very pleasant. Both very professional Please keep up your efforts to provide a great shopping experience
Homewood is my "go to" store for all in one shopping. I bought wine glasses, throw pillows and flavored pasta, along with hand towels.
Oh, this is a dangerous place for my c/c. My wife loves the selection and always finds something we don't need:)
