When I called them I told them exactly what Freon my mini split needed. They never told me they didn’t have it. Sent the repair person out with no thought of actually charging my system. (A new mini split that needed Freon) instead told me he didn’t have the Freon I needed and it would cost X to get it and come back to install. I paid for a service call I never would have had them come out if they told me they didn’t have it
