We wanted a new roof. Bottom line upfront: A company that provided various alternatives that helped guide our decision, and not jeopardize our financial situation. I was so excited after speaking with Kenny G a salesman. We scheduled my appointment for the next day at 6pm. I get a phone call saying they can't make it and can I do a phone quote. I'm not sure how you do that without seeing My home and repairs it made need. They tell me the times they have. I ask for 11am next day. 11am goes by next day I call them, they tell me your appointment was 9. I explain I have a standing appt everyday at 9, I would have never picked 9. HCR is replacing most of the windows in my home, as the seals are blown on pretty much all of them. Dondre from HCR was amazing, and I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to with him and the the entire team in this project. Not only are their windows MUCH better than anything you can find at a department store, but their pricing structure beats out pretty much all of the competition. There's simply no comparison.

We were a little hesitant when we received our quote for how much a new roof and gutters would be. When we moved in our house (first timers) we were told it wouldn’t be that expensive to replace it. However, after hearing how professional the contractors are and the amount of training they go through, we decided to sign the contract.
