Homefinders asked us to review them after we moved out. We rented two apartments from them, both well-worn but functional. The most frequent communication was them letting me know my automatic rent payment had failed (me being dumb with my bank app). But when we reached out about issues (rats in the roof, a broken dishwasher, a broken heater, dying tree), they were quick to send someone over to deal with things. Did not have a positive experience ending a long term lease. Not proactive in building care. Non responsive to communications and very difficult to interact with.
I have been looking for a rental property since the start of the new years and found Homefinders to be the only helpful agents. We experienced some agents being rude and not even turning up to bookings or open homes. Homefinders was not like this and all the staff we have met so far were extremely courteous and helpful.
The team at HomeFinders helped me long after I was a tenant with them in Canberra. They genuinely want to help and they were quick to respond with any request that I had. Cannot recommend Homefinders enough!
