Buyer beware the "One Time Fee" is not actually one time fee. If you wish to use their service multiple times you have to pay again. It is listed on the webiste so you have to conciously search for the info. As a student I paid $42 for a service that didn't help me find a place at all and when I needed help again they asked for more money.... So don't bother save ur money 50-75 bucks to sign up..few listing ls first day or two then nothing. We had already seen complete.waste of money they sent duplicated ones in same thread.NO they do not send u listings up to five times a day no contact since first 3 threads.
