They were excellent at solving any difficulties that we ran into. I was very impressed that they were able to push to get the sale completed before the April change in Stamp Duty.
I would highly recommend Alan & his team. We have sold 2 properties via Homefinds now and had an excellent experience both times. Homefind Sutions are a small, friendly, professional team who constantly kept us informed about our sale by phone and email. They weren't too quick to market too early, took great photos and used a reasonable market price, rather than being after a quick sale. With only a month to sell (and happy to take on the property) they found a buyer within 10 days! Would thoroughly recommend!!
