My wife and I had a very good experience with Homefind Solutions. I found Alan and his team diligent and prepared to take our phone calls. They were excellent at solving any difficulties that we ran into. I was very impressed that they were able to push to get the sale completed before the April change in Stamp Duty.
Straight from the viewing was made to feel at ease Alan was great and supportive all way through our difficult passage due to our poor solicitor always there for advice As for Zoe what can I say she went above and beyond to see our purchase go through dealing with my solicitors didn't envy her with that job but between Alan and Zoe they helped my mum who is 85 years old through this difficult path and into her new home Would say you won't find anything better for selling your property Again many thanks phil and Jackie
I would highly recommend Alan & his team. We have sold 2 properties via Homefinds now and had an excellent experience both times. Alan has been available to answer any queries and deal with buyers at pretty much anytime. Our first sale didn’t even make it to market, Alan brought with him buyers on the day he came to take photos, that just shows how resourceful he is. We would only use Homefind moving forward.

Homefind Sutions are a small, friendly, professional team who constantly kept us informed about our sale by phone and email. They weren't too quick to market too early, took great photos and used a reasonable market price, rather than being after a quick sale. With only a month to sell (and happy to take on the property) they found a buyer within 10 days! Would thoroughly recommend!!
