I love this bank for many reasons. My mom was a VP of a bank and taught me the importance of customer service and professionalism. Everyone here is exceptional!
Beware potential mortgage customers. Stay away! They do not care at all about their customers and take no accountability for mistakes they make. They underfunded my escrow account for a year and a half allowing it to go $8,000 negative. Then overnight jack up my payments by 40% to collect it back. When I spoke to them about it, they didn't care and said it's unfortunate. Stay away!
I have been a member of Hanscom Federal Credit Union for almost 20 years and anytime I have had to deposit a large check or do any kind of traditional banking I would take a drive to once of their branches, none of which are closer than 30-40 minutes from Milford.
