Professional, timely and cleans well!
I had a deep cleaning and carpet cleaning scheduled for 9:00 a.m this morning, here it is 2:03 5 hours from the scheduled time and I have not seen or heard from anyone. I have called the number they have listed every hour since 10:30 and even left messages and text not one reply. Not very happy! I have company coming in town and was hoping to get a nice deep clean done to the house. My 2 cleaners were very friendly and informative. I was expecting a really good deep clean because I was moving and they exceeded my expectations. I was almost positive they couldn’t restore my old room mates bathroom back to clean again, but they had it looking brand new by the end. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.
This was the best cleaning Service I’ve ever experienced. Both bathrooms that were cleaned look like entirely different areas. The attention to detail was unmatched and we are so thankful for the service!
We’ve been using Homeer for around 3 months now and are still very happy with the continued quality clean Phyllis provides us. She’s always on time, wonderful with my small children, and so accommodating to our hectic home. This week I’ve had 2 sick babies and she has taken such a weight off my shoulders! It’s a great feeling to have someone you trust in your home.
