Over 2 years of planing/construction resulted in a fantastic 2 story addition to my son's house. My wife & I will retire there. The company couldn't have been more helpful and understanding as irregularities presented themselves. The city delayed the project often but it finally came together fantastically. Sign with Homecrete at your own risk- they use cheap subs that cut corners. We are almost 3 years in and are still dealing with a plumbing issue, flooring issues to include multiple areas of our grout pitting, and need to get the house repainted due to cracks and areas that were never filled and painted correctly the first time. We purchased our home from Homecrete homes about 8 months ago, We worked with Greg on the design, from wall color, to tile selection, he was with us every step of the design phase. Greg also worked with our realtor each step to ensure a smooth transition between the phases. Once our slab was poured we met with Jeremy who was handling the build aspect of the home.
