We visited three other hot tub stores in Fresno that day, and Homecrafters had the best showroom and knowledgeable staff of the day. They made the purchase of our new hot tub an enjoyable experience. Andy and Teri take great care of their customers and have been doing so for many years. That’s why we purchased a new Marquis Spa from them and are very pleased with how easy it was to have them remove our 20 year old spa that we purchased from them and replace it with a new Marquis Spa. Don’t waste your time and money going to the bargain basement sellers and getting an off brand online because when you have a problem you wont be able to find them as many companies come and go and mostly they go! I bought a hot tub here almost two years ago after getting a good deal on a floor model that was comparable with Costco prices. Almost did get a Costco hot tub but SO glad I didn't. First time hot tub owner and they were great at setting up and they continue to offer all the information I need to maintain my hot tub and answer any questions I have. First rate customer service, you won't regret buying from Homecrafters.
