My husband and I bought our Hot Tub about 6 years ago at Homecrafters. Recently we needed to replace our spa cover. My husband reached out to someone at Homecrafters and they recommended another place to order it from. That turned out to be quite a challenge. I am so glad I got my hot tub from here, the customer service is outstanding. The delivery and install was incredible. My hot tub is beautiful. They gave me a mini lesson on how to take care of it. Any questions I have I can call them. Don’t go anywhere else, this company loves their customers and never leaves you hanging. I have recommended them to everybody I know!
