I bought a hot tub here almost two years ago after getting a good deal on a floor model that was comparable with Costco prices. Almost did get a Costco hot tub but SO glad I didn't. First time hot tub owner and they were great at setting up and they continue to offer all the information I need to maintain my hot tub and answer any questions I have. First rate customer service, you won't regret buying from Homecrafters.
I purchased a large luxury jacuzzi about two years ago. The service was great, and they provided support whenever I needed it. The staff is very friendly and professional! I highly recommend doing business with them. 5 stars.
