Great family, locally owned and operated, really good quality of furniture. I bought a roomful several months ago and I am tickled with all of it. I also love that if anything goes wrong with it, all I have to do is let HomeCrafters know and they will do everything in their power to make it right. Lovely company.

When I needed to replace my son's mattress, which was under warranty, and explained my situation, the staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful. When we concluded our business I felt like they'd treated me as a friend who needed some help, rather than a business situation. That's rare and I am very grateful.

Would give them a zero if i could. Do not buy from here. Bought brand new L shaped expensive couch from them and from the beginning the electrical did not work. Since then they have had to come fix it multiple (2+)times a month. Every time they come it seems another electrical problem is wrong within the week after. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I was sitting on the stairs outside of the business, when a manager came out and told me to leave for blocking the entrance to their building and preventing customers from being able to enter. No one had even attempted to walk up or enter the store in the short time I had been sitting. I can see why if that is how management treats people.
