My in store experience with Santiago was great... simple and easy! Upon loading the refrigerator it was dropped (by him) but no biggie since it’s under warranty right? Just call them and they’ll send someone out if it’s broken... WRONG! Got home and the fridge doesn’t close, called them just to be told that they wouldn’t come out. WOW! Now I’m having to go through a lot of trouble with the manufacturer. Just go elsewhere smh had I known this I definitely would have!
