I called because I thought we needed a window-well window replaced. Because we had so much rain all at once we had flooding through the basement window, which we thought had gone bad. I spoke with Mike, at least I think that’s his name, and he told me an interesting story About a Similar situation he had and that it turned out not to be a window problem, but a drainage problem that needed to be addressed.
