This is a SCAM COMPANY. I spent $3500 on gutter covers because they offered a lifetime warranty on repairs. I need repairs done and of course when I call to schedule an appointment they tell me they “don’t do services in my area anymore.” What?! You sure did services in my area when you were scamming me out of $3,500! It even says on their website that they do repairs on their gutters. I see now that they have multiple law suits. Took my deposit, stopped covering the Wake Forest area, installation was not done, was told I’d get a refund, I can not reach customer service.
Robert Nicholson, came out and was very professional. I love how he was too the point, very respectful and gave us a great deal. He was on time for our appointment. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for gutters for their home.
Brooke was knowledgable about the product and very thorough. Explained everything clearly and was professional. She earned our business. I can't review the product as it hasn't been installed yet. Update. It has been about 9 months and we are happy we made the decision to get the gutters protected. If you have tons of trees over your house this is definitely the way to go! FYI, they are extremely expensive.
Contacted this company for a quote on Gutter Guard installation upon which they replied with a text. After 3 days of texting with an incompetent representative to schedule an in-person conversation with a sales rep, I declined further interest. Since then, I have received multiple calls from various (919) 503-**** numbers; all of which leave no voicemail and dial back to this company's call center.
