WARNING! WARNING! Mr Durham is an irresponsible amateur, who does not respond or reply after you pay him to do an appraisal, disappears for weeks and then caves when the bank starts threatening him. AVOID AT ALL COST! (because it will cost you). Probably because he became annoyed with inquiries he then decided to appraise the house well below what it has been valued at before.

bad landlord or slumlord – you should never from larry durham.. he don't take care of his property. he wants the rent but don't want to fix a thing.he is just not a good person at all to do with. i will be so glad when we get the money together to move. i wished he had to stay in one of his apartments.

Six Weeks Later & Still Waiting For Appraisal I found Mr Durham through ServiceMagic and hired him on September 9th to appraise my single family dwelling. He assured me he would deliver the appraisal by the middle of the next week (September 15). I told him it was very important to get the appraisal done asap because I need to sell the house. It is now October 22 (six weeks later) and I still haven't received the appraisal.
