Worst experience ever. The 1 star is for the friendliness of the staff who answer your calls. THe no stars are for the cleaners they employ. The office did not read the description of what I was looking for or didn't have anyone who fitted the description and didn't want to lose the business, so the first cleaner was really lovely but very slow.
