HOMECARE1ST has been supporting a family member for over 2 year. I have found them to be very polite, kind, understanding, and supportive. The management are a team of wonderful people. They have always kept in contact to make sure that the clients needs are being met to the highest standard. My husband was with homecare1st for a very short time I was not happy with the level of care my husband was receiving where they English was quite poor did not wash hands on arrival did not read care plan before carrying out personal care as a carers my self I did home care for over 6 years and to me that is not care where carers can't carry out simple instructions when it comes to caring.i contacted the manager on several occasions regarding the level of care for my husband so the manager came out to carry out a rick assess... read more
