They were close during the holiday but the owner was in the back doing paperwork and came out to see what we needed when we pulled up. Amazing! 10/10!
I went to get some supplies ordered to aide in wound care. Before ordering, I was quoted a price, in which I paid over the phone. When I picked up the order, I had to pay extra. I wasn't given a notice of any extra charges.
Spoke with Carlos by phone and said he would have someone call me back help and that is exactly what they did. Businesses these days are hard to find like this one. Thank you so much.
Company unwilling to assist customer or family with necessary needs to accommodate client needs . Never had such terrible experience from a medical supplier. We’ve dealt with medical suppliers 42 years this was the worse ever.
