Reggie was so knowledgeable and clearly had many years of experience. I felt like he really cared, and wasn’t just trying to sell sell sell! Thank you for helping us make our loved one more comfortable and give him the supplies that really worked best for him. I recently left a review, I had my companies mixed up since they share similar names, so I have deleted! HomeCare plus has been amazing! My son’s medicine always comes on time, the communication is great, and the staff has great customer service!
I couldn’t be any more pleased with these people. They are knowledgeable on all there products and which item will work best for your needs. The staff is friendly & polite.
Terrible communication, sometimes orders do not arrive on time. The therapist that is assigned to me never responds and will only reach out when it’s time for monthly vent checks.
