Terrible service, 99% of field staff do a great job but the Administration staff need to be moved on as they are uncaring and incompetent. Customer Service Officers that Do not return client calls for Months at a time, Operations Manager that defends bad performance and does ZERO to improve the situation. This mob are changing the name but as they brag about it being the sam e staff I can suggest ZERO will change. Avoid this mob under either name HOMECARE PLUS or PQSA. I havent been to an outing with my PQSA recreation group for approximately 7 months , but this one Friday it was to Rundle Mall. After our lunch we could go & look & shop around. I wanted to follow Chris & Judith but unfortunately the (Carer) from HOMECARE+ stated that I couldn't come along. There was no one left behind for me to tag along & she knew that. I know when i not wanted so I wheeled around on my own. She asked Chris & Judith to come along with her client but what got to me was after when we all waited for the acce... read more

This company treat their employees with absolute no dignity or respect. They cut shifts to help their besties, won’t reply to complaints or emails and the only once’s receiving a liveable pay are the execs! The communication between office and on the road staff is atrocious. A lot of the time clients are left without cares with no explanation. If you’re looking for disability care do not go with this company.
