I first got my c-pap last June and I needed to get a different mask, so I called, got in the next day and I now have a different type of mask. Homecare Medical is very professional and accommodating.
My doctor sent my order for a CPAP machine to this company. It has been a nightmare and I recommend no one ever deal with them. First they didn’t get the order and once they did it took months for them to contact me even with me attempting to contact them and asking for a call. They wanted me to pay 3-4x the normal price to get the machine and when I asked what services they provided me the rep stated, “I’m not going to argue with you and I only want to know if you’re going to pay for the machine or not.” When I asked for de... read more
