This agency is very disorganized and unprofessional my experience working with this agency has been a complete nightmare they promise you hours just to hire you that they don’t have it’s unbelievable I wouldn’t recommend no one to even bother and waste their time with them they hire anybody off the streets, they will have you backed up with your life and bills if your really sitting here relying on them luckily I have other incomes besides the agency
Doris- Having been a CNA, and not being able to take care of my husband myself any more, I almost feel bad for anyone who comes into my home to take care of my Veteran husband. Having had other agencys ,we finally found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Michael- Having that I have had many care takers in my home most mornings had no car being late every morning or afternoon and most agencies didn't care what their employees did. This 5 star review is specifically for Nancy the nurse, who was a big part of my father's care. Nancy visited frequently and always ensured that my father was receiving the best care. She listened to concerns and worked to alleviate any issues. She also cared deeply for my father and enjoyed spending time with him. My father enjoyed her visits as well. Nancy is the best!
