Rude customer service. Sharp and defensive emails sent when chasing up on a product issue. Whatever the ‘justification’ is for why the communication went wrong- the note and style of responses is indicative of a company with poor service. This is the last time I will be using this company. It seems like many previous reviewers feel exactly the same way, and the companies’ answers to their reviews are testimony in point to the way it manages clients.
