W/c carrier hired home care connect 2 years ago to modify my bath and kitchen as of 12/22 nothing has been done, permitting nonexistent, and taxpayers are spending 680$ a day to a rehab facility. They have 1contractor he has no help or licensed personnel working on the job. Excuses,excuses poor communication if anything. A major scam between the contractor and the home care connect vendor. My attorney is finally doing something about the waste and lies.

Home care connect an absolute waste of time. NOTHING is ever their fault, they accept responsibility for none of their actions (They have no “actions” inactions would be more correct) I had to have surgery in a city over THOUSAND miles away & would need some type of home health while I recovered for a month there. They waited until the day I was discharged to begin to look for an agency who could provide the needed services.
