It has taken over a month and collectively hours of phone calls for my father to receive a replacement CPAP mask, and it was the wrong size and configuration. A day after his pulmonologist called the office to complain on his behalf, it was finally shipped, but when it arrived, it was the wrong mask. Every extension that I've tried to dial to speak with someone about this was directed to a voicemail.
