Home Buy Solutions was one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. From the very first call, their team was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted like I was bothering them just for asking basic questions. One representative even hung up on me mid-sentence. There was zero communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no respect for my time. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business. Very rude staff. Jamie and Miriam are the ones i spoke to. They claim to work for an agent named Nikola. terrible experience all around. I will never work with them and i'll tell everyone to stay away.

I recently called Homebuy Solutions to discuss selling my property. As a real estate investor, I understand the business and was willing to negotiate on the price to ensure a fair deal for both parties. However, the representative I spoke with, Jamie, was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the conversation.
