We had a visit in May for our new born.We booked and waited an hour to see Dr. Kala Balakrishnan which we were told she is expereiced with assessing newborns. Unfortunately the service that was provided was very bad, she only weighed our baby and didnt address any of our other concerns, she was trying her best to rush us out of the practice without providing any service. I was going here for quite a while and now the two Dr’s left are very disappointing. Dr Kala is very slow and doesn’t listen. Hadn’t kept up with recent medical advancements and treatments. She also keeps you in the apportionment for longer than necessary so she can constantly claim long appointment times on Medicare. Dr Bala it is time for retirement. If you put in a complaint about any behaviour you are yelled at by Doreen. The reception staff are absolutely useless. Go elsewhere.
Very very very unprofessional. Just because you are a doctor doesn’t mean other people don’t have anything to do except to wait for you. I was told there was just 1 persoon ahead of me, then made me wait for 1.5 hours just to be told that the doctor wanted to see other 2 people before me. No respect for people’s time.. Please learn to respect people first. If you’re busy don’t take appointments, don’t take walk-ins.. It’s not just about money. It’s about people care too.

Most of the times, I went there without an appointment to see Dr.A.Bala still I could get to see the doctor within 30 minutes of wait. Dr. A. Bala has been kind enough to call me personally on an occasion about my progress with the treatment. Last month I had the occasion to seek dental treatment by Dr. Sakthi Bala and it has been a friendly and very professional care given by him.
