Worst Home Buying experience I've ever had, they will convince you initially with their representative, communicate with you whenever you ping them, their website shows 24 hours open, can you believe it? I believed it, that’s a huge mistake from my side, I paid $2000 deposit as an initial onboard payment, since then our worst fears have come true, I live in New South Wales and it’s the worst communication you will ever get to see from them. Currently I’m building my first home with Homebuilders IQ. It’s been a pleasant journey since the start of it. Both CJ and Steve have been very supportive and made me understand how things works for the Fist home buyers. Though it was quite challenging at the beginning especially in getting loan secured but they made sure everything goes smooth and updated me with every aspect.
