*Warning: Avoid this company.* They promise one thing and deliver another. Part of their tactic is pushing customers to leave a 5-star Google review as a condition of the agreement — very misleading. Their referral program is a scam; you won’t receive anything even if you refer someone. Once you start following up, they stop responding to calls and emails altogether. I’m happy to provide screenshots to back this up. Our sales consultant was CJ. Be cautious before dealing with them.
*Very disappointing experience.* This company made fake promises, and their finance team was completely unreliable. I ended up paying $20,000 extra for the land because their in-house finance team failed to secure loan approval due to inexperience. Once I switched to my own broker, the loan was approved in just 5 days. Communication is terrible—you need to follow up multiple times (10+ calls/emails) just to get basic answers.
