Overall, they did a good job for the most part. I never was clear on where I stood as far as being approved for the loan and then there were times they asked for stuff last minute that they had to have it right away so they need to be more proactive on this stuff.. I just like to be kept in the loop a lot better. Mark was awesome to work with. He kept in contact with us and the processing of our loan every step of the way. Great communication, very patient as we continued our search after we had a few deals that fell through. Patient. His support team and the customer portal was easy to upload documents and spelled eveything out. Clear communication when asking for any additional documents from underwriting.
