Buying a house can be an overwhelming proposition. The process can be complicated and the options to choose from nearly unlimited. That’s why it was nice to work with this team. Tamara did a great job of laying out all of our options, and explaining things without overwhelming. Really felt like we had an advocate on our side. Big thanks to her and Mark.
First, I spoke to Mark and he was very easy to talk to, informative, and transparent. I had many questions regarding FHA 203k loans or renovations loans and he answered them all thoroughly and swiftly. I received the same treatment from his loan officer, Krystal, who also hopped on a call with my realtor and I to answer some concerning questions we had regarding the renovation loan. I’m very excited and eager to continue my path with Mark and his team as I hope to acquire a property and make additions.
Mark was very thorough, organized and helpful in walking us through the housing prices we could afford as we began our house hunting process. He did not rush us at any time and went above and beyond to ensure he answered all our questions, no matter how trivial. It is clear he has a wealth of experience in the industry and genuinely cares about long-term relationships with his customers.
Mortgage Mark is the greatest mortgage guy I’ve even known. He’s a wizard at renovation home loans.
