I have to say this company is clueless. I just received documents that contradict everything Mark told me. My experience was different. I am self-employed. I flip houses and do construction for a living. Tamara had no idea what house I was financing at the beginning. She said Mark doesn't communicate with her about changing the property. I had a wonderful experience with the Mortgage Mark team! Tamara was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through my loan and rate options, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decisions. Our experience with the Mortgage Mark Team at CMG Mortgage was nothing short of fantastic! We had a lengthy delay in arriving in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area but Mark waited patiently; keeping in touch with us the whole way. We ultimately ended up not needing a mortgage but the way that Mark and his team does business left us no doubt that we would have been beyond satisfied at the closing!
