Janine Cook was good briefly while I was obtaining my mortgage but did not care at all about me after all was said and done. I was also lied to about carrying PMI, being told I was only required to hold for X amount of years. Go elsewhere and search for someone trustworthy.

We were supposed to go Homebridge because they were the default lender for the builder and also provided an incentive. We wound up going with Tasha from Caliber due to the lack of communication. The fact that our contact from Homebridge decides to lock in our rate after they went up was the last straw. He tried calling us when decided to go elsewhere, but even then he failed to follow up.

We had a great experience with Nicolette, Mary, and Chris. Nicolette was the representative we worked most closely with and she was very responsive, professional, and kind. We would recommend HomeBridge Financial.

The service and paperwork is terrible (considering is 2019). I do not recommend this service. Lots of people email you but at the moment that you need questions to answer, people on the mail say "happy to receive your call" but then the"y treat you with disrespect. They do not provide with the correct quote and try to take every penny you can possibly have, especially when they are waiting for the rate of the mortgage.
