You know it's bad when you feel the need to write about it. Sandy Bendall is very difficult and rude to work with. Not accommodating or professional at ALL. The term I'd use to review this company is as simple as them - "A Joke"
Have worked with Dean as his team on a few occasions. Always professional and efficient. Great folks to work with that will get you across the finish line to your new home.
This company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! This will be my third home purchase and this company Dean Bendall and Sandy Bendall were NOT making our home buying experience pleasant! The current mortgage lender abruptly left and we received a call from both of them and it was NOT welcoming at all. They were RUDE and disrespectful! Their service is horrible! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using this mortgage lender!!!
Dean and his team helped me close on my house they were fast and kept me up to date thanks.
