Excellent service. Yes, I live in Florida, I’ve done my refinancing online with Homebridge located in New Jersey. Christine Pullis is our mortgage originator and she knows her job. She’s reliable and works fast. I started the refi process 2 weeks ago and we’ll be closing in the next few days. I did my research and can confirm that this company gave us the lowest interest rate. 😊 Thank you!
Pray you do not get Kelly Bellinger as your processing agent. Here’s an example of how she communicates with clients “ the repayment link was sent yesterday, would you complete so I can adverse your file per your request”. No please. No thank you’s she just barks via email without having the ability to formulate a complete grammatical sentence in most cases. The company used to be managed by Denise Macone when they did my first mortgage. I’m sure you could find more respectful customer service elsewhere.
