One extra star because Sandy helped me with a couple loans in the past and my experience was meh... The only reason I called him again (because the only reason to call him is if you have special circumstances like Indian Land) was I needed a loan on a irrevocable trust title. He wasn't able to find me anything so he referred me to his underling Kristian Radev for an equity line of credit. Sandy and Kris are the team you want if you're trying to buy a home in Fey's Canyon. I grew up in the mortgage industry and know a fair bit so when I say this is the team to work with I MEAN IT! Kris was super responsive to all my questions and I couldn't have achieved this milestone without this team. Kristian & Sandy were absolutely amazing to work with in financing my first home. I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest and not just trying to sell products. Stellar work, quick communication, & kindly answered all of my first-time homebuyer questions :) Highly recommend.
