Poor customer service
Do yourself a favor and don’t get a mortgage with this company! Their customer service is horrible. They never paid my taxes and were not willing to work with me so I had to file a banking complaint to resolve the issue. Stay clear of them as they do not help their customers at all!
Horrible comapny!!! Lazy and incompetent. They have high fees that they do not disclose. Communication is very hard for them. I have dealings with the Rochester NY Homebridge Branch and I would not recommend it. I'm still having to deal with lack of communication in regards to my renovation loan. I wish my first home buyimg experience did not have them in the equation. Your lender suppose to be there to help you along the way. My lender homebridge feels more like a enemy. They are the worst place to go threw tell me I'm qualified and wait for months and then it was never true so people don't go threw them don't answer calls or emails or even a text they suck big time
