Very poor customer service! Ellen Duncan at Prospect Mortgage contacted me once and then when I tried to contact her multiple times via telehone and email she refused to respond. I then contacted Prospect main headquarters and they said they would have her respond as she was the only rep in my area, but she still never responded. Prospect is supposed to offer Homepath Mortgages but they are poor representatives for this Fannie Mae consumer lending service! They apparently don't need any business.
